Canada will begin phasing in its border reopening in two weeks — but foreigners will still have to wait.
Fully vaccinated Canadian citizens will be able to enter Canada without being required to quarantine.
They must still have a suitable quarantine plan and be prepared to quarantine in case it’s determined at the border they do not meet requirements.
Non-vaccinated children under 18 or dependent adults will also be exempt.
There is still no word when restrictions will be loosened for nonessential foreign travelers.
