BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The City of Bellingham has announced that activities requiring city permits will not be allowed through the end of the year.

This announcement extends an order already in place and affects permitted activities in city facilities and park spaces.

Limited exceptions continue now for childcare and when the County enters Phase III for outdoor recreation.

Mayor Seth Fleetwood said “as we remain in Phase 2, we must continue actions that discourage people from gathering.”
