BLAINE, Wash. – The City of Blaine is telling the owner of the former Costa Azul restaurant on Peace Portal Drive that it must be demolished.
The city says the building is in decay, pest-ridden and structurally unsound.
The Northern Light reports the city had 11 buildings torn down last year and during the first part of this year.
The city ordered four other buildings to be demolished.
