AUBURN, Wash. — Police arrested two teen boys that they believe were the ones seen on surveillance video stealing from an Auburn convenience store after the clerk collapsed from a heart attack, and then running off, leaving him to die.
KOMO reports a 13-year-old was arrested Thursday night and a 17-year-old turned himself in.
Customers that came into the store a few minutes after the boys left the night of September 8, called for help when they found the clerk, Zarif Kalede, on the ground.
Kalede, a father of three, was recently released after spending nearly two weeks in the hospital.
