BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A Fairhaven burger joint now has a new look and new owner.
In the space that was formerly occupied by Whiskey’s Burger Bistro, owner and chef John Enright has opened the Cobalt Grill and Lounge.
“We provide a full-service farm-to-fork dining experience for our guests, offering a neighborhood atmosphere with a contemporary flair,” says Enright.
The Cobalt Grill serves traditional American dishes like steak and seafood, and will be open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
With happy hours, live entertainment, and trivia throughout the week, the Cobalt will finish things off with Sunday specials for workers in the food and beverage industry.
