CONCRETE, Wash. — An emergency shelter is opening up in Skagit County.
The Concrete Volunteer Fire Department is providing shelter at their Main Street location to those without power or without a safe place to stay during the upcoming snow storm.
In a tweet Skagit County Government say they are beginning the service starting by 5 PM Friday.
