WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — Construction and maintenance projects will continue to affect traffic this week.
Substantial delays should be expected as the Northwest-Bakerview intersection project continues; flaggers and traffic control will be present.
Lane closures and lane shifts on Meridian Street continue between Bakerview and Stuart Road and on Kellogg between 7 PM and 7 AM.
And drivers should expect single-lane closures on Birch Bay Drive as work continues on the berm project this week.
