WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — Local drivers could be impacted by continuing work around the county this week.
Substantial delays can be expected as the Northwest-Bakerview intersection project continues.
The Samish Maple Ellis Multimodal Safety Improvements project is wrapping up and minor work near I-5 and elsewhere may be encountered.
Work on Meridian Street between Bakerview Road and Stuart Road and on Kellogg Road will occur at night between 7 PM and 7 AM through Friday with lane closures and lane shifts in place to facilitate construction.
And work on Birch Bay Drive continues near Cottonwood Drive and from Terrell Creek to the Bay Breeze Restaurant.
