Chris Crnich tells KING 5 that the current travel ban is keeping them separated from 3-year-old Miles indefinitely .
Chris and his wife Suzette adopted their daughter Jade in Beijing in 2014 and have been eagerly waiting to add Miles to their family.
KING reports the Northwest adoption agency Holt International has been raising funds to protect children in an orphange at the center of the outbreak in Wuhan, China.
