EVERSON, Wash. – Whatcom County will sponsor a community meeting to address the flood and recovery Wednesday evening, November 24th.
The meeting will offer an overview of the flooding, damage it caused, debris management and the recovery process.
Key officials leading the recovery effort will be featured along with experts who can explain the circumstances that led to the flooding.
Local, state and federal lawmakers will also be on the panel.
The meeting is from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nooksack Valley High School.
