WHATCOM COUNTY, Wa. – A couple of Whatcom County road projects will affect traffic in coming days.
A culvert replacement project gets underway next week on Northwest between Cornwall Church and Slater Road.
Whatcom County Public Works says crews will begin staging the area and bringing in equipment next Thursday.
Northwest will then be completely closed there from August 24th to September 11th.
An on-going fish passage project will also close the Grandview and Portal Way intersection beginning August 24th.
Detours around both closures will be in place.
