BELLINGHAM, Wash. — The numbers of hospitalizations and deaths attributed to COVID-19 continue to flatten in Whatcom County.
The state reports 3 deaths and 20 hospitalizations due to the disease in the past 30 days.
The most recent vaccination report from Saturday showed one in 5 county residents fully vaccinated, with 31% getting at least one shot.
Whatcom County is currently showing hospitalization and new infection count numbers to meet the state’s goal to stay in Phase III.
The next evaluation for that is Monday, April 12th.
