STANWOOD, Wash. — A COVID-19 outbreak is ripping through a long-term care facility in Stanwood.

94 coronavirus cases were reported at Josephine Caring Community as of Friday with the number of infections nearly tripling in just a few days.

53 cases are residents and 41 are staff members.

Two residents were hospitalized and seven had recovered on Saturday with most residents showing mild or no symptoms of the virus.
