COUPEVILLE, Wash. — An Oak Harbor man is facing DUI and vehicular assault charges after a car crash on Highway 20 near Coupeville that injured three people.
The State Patrol says Christopher Hand was driving north when he failed to stop for a driver waiting to make a left turn and rear-ended their car Sunday afternoon.
Hand, his passenger and the other driver were taken to the hospital.
Troopers believe Hand was intoxicated at the time.
