FRIDAY HARBOR, Wash. – Crews are battling a large commercial fire on San Juan Island this morning, Thursday, April 7th.

San Juan County Fire says the it involves three structures near Front and Spring Streets in downtown Friday Harbor.

Orcas Island Fire and Rescue and Lopez Island Fire have joined San Juan Island fire in the battle.

The fire was reported at around 3:40 this morning by a passing tow truck driver.

There are no reported injuries and no reports that anyone is located inside the buildings.

Ferry commuters should check for delays and cancellations.
