WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. – A Whatcom County man is suspected of using three different identities to contact a female victim with sexual messages.
An investigation developed probable cause to arrest Blair Alan Hewitt for cyberstalking last January, after finding he had used multiple identities and platforms for inappropriately message the victim.
In addition, Hewitt was wanted for his alleged role in two other incidents.
The Whatcom County Sheriff’s office booked Blair Alan Hewitt into Whatcom County Jail on suspicion of cyberstalking, criminal impersonation, identity theft, negligent driving, and DUI.
