Deadline approaches for driver’s education scholarships offered by Blue Skies for Children

BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Blue Skies for Children is offering five Spring Driver’s Education Scholarships again this year for teens ages 15-17, who are homeless, low-income or in foster care.

The scholarship pays $350 of the $400 course cost and offers another round of five scholarships in the fall.

Teens have until the 19th to submit an essay, transcripts, letters of recommendation and an application form.
