Department of Health: proof of phase eligibility no longer required

OLYMPIA, Wash. — Proof of phase eligibility will no longer be required for vaccine appointments starting Wednesday.

The state Department of Health says it has told providers the proof is not needed.

The department still does advise people who want a vaccine to check the department’s prioritization guidance web page to see when they are eligible.

The Washington vaccine locator web page can then help eligible persons find appointments.
