BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A Whatcom County registered nurse had her credential indefinitely suspended.
The Washington State Department of Health says Tammie Lynn Morgan was allegedly impaired by alcohol while on duty and did not comply with a substance abuse monitoring contract.
The suspension was effective last month.
