Double R Ranch beef and St. Helens beef recalled

OLYMPIA, Wash. — A Pacific Northwest company is recalling more than 30,000 pounds of ground beef products after pieces of hard plastic or metal were reported in the meat.

Washington Beef LLC extended the recall to 1 pound packages of Double R Ranch 85% and 90% lean ground beef and 1 and 3 pound packages of St. Helens ground beef.

All the recalled products have a use or freeze-by date of January 20th 2019.

If you have the products in your freezer you should throw them out or return them to where you bought them.
