BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Both suspects involved in a recent drive-by shooting near Whatcom Falls Park are in custody.

On November 8, Bellingham Police responded to the drive-by on Electric Avenue, near Birch Street.

No serious injuries were reported.

The BPD posted photos to social media of the suspects involved — 20-year-old Irene N. Rosas and 18-year-old Treyvonne K. Walker.

Lieutenant Claudia Murphy reports Walker turned himself in Monday morning and was booked into the Whatcom County Jail with $350,000 bail.

Then Monday afternoon, Irene N. Rosas was booked  into jail without bail on 1st degree attempted murder and drive-by shooting charges.
