EVERSON, Wash. – A second car crash on Tuesday, March 15th, claimed the life of a driver.
Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Deb Slater said that deputies were called to the scene of the accident on North Pass Road in Everson around 3 p.m.
A car was found lodged between two trees off the roadway.
Crews attempted to revive the driver, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators believe a medical event likely led to the accident but they have not determined a cause of death yet.
The Sheriff’s office says release of the identification of the deceased is pending the Medical Examiners findings.
