FERNDALE, Wash. — A suspected DUI crash north of Ferndale left two men injured Monday night.
The State Patrol reports 26-year-old Eduardo Fernandez of Lynden was driving a Toyota Tacoma pick-up south on Enterprise Road at about 9 P.M. when he failed to stop at a stop sign and drove into oncoming traffic.
A construction semi driven by a Bellingham man hit the driver side of the pick-up.
Fernandez and a 22-year-old passenger were both hurt and taken to St. Joseph Hospital.
Troopers say drugs or alcohol were involved.
