BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Two crashes snarled traffic on I-5 during the Tuesday morning commute.
A crash occurred on northbound I-5 blocked traffic at Lakeway just before 8 a.m.
Not long after that another crash occurred in the southbound lanes at the Ohio Street exit.
That crash backed up traffic for almost two hours.
