FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — An 85-year-old woman has been charged with murder and assault in the shooting of her roommates in Federal Way.

At around 1 AM on December 19th, dispatchers received a 911 call from a woman in her 30s saying she had been shot in her home, according to KOMO News.

Responding officers arrived to find two women shot — one was dead and the other was rushed to the hospital.

The surviving victim named her 85-year-old roommate, Beverly Jenne, as the suspect.

Investigators later found a note inside a gun holster in Jenne’s car that said that the murder victim “was not a nice person” and that she “drove her into this.”
