EVERETT, WASH. – The City of Everett is considering another crackdown on bikini baristas.
The city council is floating an ordinance that would not ban such establishments, just force them to be licensed and zoned as adult businesses.
City leaders tell The Everett Herald the code is needed because of repeated arrests for prostitution and lewd conduct.
