EVERSON, Wash. — The former IGA grocery store at Nugent’s Corner has new owners.
Everson resident Troy Lozano announced he and his wife purchased 3 acres of commercial zoned property including the IGA building on Mount Baker Highway.
When it comes to deciding what business will operate there, Lozano says they’re open minded.
He says they don’t plan to operate a business there themselves, but they’re looking for the right tenant who cares about the community and has a financially viable plan.
