KENNIWICK, WASH (AP) – A former Kennewick school superintendent is accused of arranging to have sex with two girls at a Richland hotel.
Paul Rosier of Olympia faces one count of attempted child sex trafficking in Federal Court.
The Tri-City Herald reports the 75 year old exchanged text messages with a person he thought was a 16 year old girl.
It was actually a police detective.
Investigators says Rosier planned to pay the 16 year old for setting up a sexual encounter with a 13 year old girl.
Police arrested him Saturday in the hotel lobby.
Rosier also worked as executive director of the Washington Association of School Administrators.
