FERNDALE, Wash. — Dental records helped investigators identify a body that washed up along Sucia Drive on Sandy Point as a Richmond, B.C. man missing since April 25.
A beachcomber walking near the Sandy Point area found the body on July 22.
The Medical Examiner says 47-year-old Kuljit “Steve” Boparai, who went missing after falling off a houseboat in Delta along the Fraser River, drowned and his death was ruled accidental.
