If you’re planning on heading to a large outdoor event in Washington State, you’ll need to pack your mask.
Starting Monday, September 13th, anyone attending an event with more than 500 people outside will need to wear a mask, regardless of their vaccination status.
Similar mandates have already been in effect for King and Pierce Counties.
The order comes as hospitalizations throughout the state are at their highest since the start of the pandemic.
Hospitals are being advised that elective procedures should be put on hold, should the numbers continue to climb.
