CUSTER, Wash. – Drivers should prepare for delays on southbound I-5 near Custer for the next week.
DOT crews will reduce a portion of southbound I-5 to one lane for 24 hours a day starting June 17th through June 23rd.
They are working on a fish passage project that will correct barriers that restrict or block salmon and trout access to California Creek.
Bicyclists who use I-5 between Grandview Road and Birch Bay-Lynden Road will need to detour via Portal Way, just west of I-5.
