SEATTLE, Wash. — Facebook says it will buy REI’s new and never-used suburban Seattle campus for nearly $368 million.
Facebook has already moved to occupy nearly 850,000 square feet elsewhere in the suburbs east of Lake Washington.
The company has had a footprint in the state since 2010 and now now employs over 5,000 workers in dozens of locations in Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond.
