MARYSVILLE, Wash. – The families of five Marysville high school students shot in a high school cafeteria in 2014 settled a lawsuit against the schools district’s insurance company for $18 million.
The Seattle Times reports the settlement amount was determined by the cap of the district’s insurance policy, which is $20 million.
