FERNDALE, Wash – The owner of Tony’s Auto Shop in Ferndale has been booked into jail and charged with arson.
The Bellingham Herald reports Anthony Summers allegedly set his girlfriend’s home on fire July 18th after she said she wanted to break up.
Her mobile home on Upland Way was not occupied at the time and sustained about $7,000 in damage.
Summers’ truck was found not far from the scene after the fire.
