EATONVILLE, Wash. – A man has drowned in the same Pierce County lake where his mother and brother died.

The next day, his family received an eviction notice.

The News Tribune reports Anthony Fuentes was fishing with his 12-year-old son on the shore of Lake Kapowsin when he drowned on Sunday.

His mother and brother drowned on that lake 38-years-ago.

Now, his family is trying to figure out how to get by without his help.

Fuentes was known as a hardworking man who devoted everything to his family.

He leaves behind a 12 and a 14 year old son, as well as his wife.

A GoFundMe has been set up to assist the family.
