WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. – FEMA has announced that another flood recovery center will close in Whatcom County this week.
Officials said their Ferndale location will close as of 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 2nd.
In-person assistance will still be available in Everson and Sumas.
The closure comes less than a week before the application deadline for both FEMA grants and loans through the Federal Small Business Administration.
Impacted residents can also contact FEMA or the SBA online or over the phone.

Tuesdays 11:00 am – 7:00 pm PT
