SUMAS, Wash. – FEMA’s disaster recovery center is now open in Sumas.
The center is located at the Sumas A.C. Church at 125 Front Street and will be open seven days a week.
Recovery specialists are available to help residents apply for federal assistance and to answer questions about available help for homeowners, renters and business owners.
You’re welcome to swing by for in-person help, but it’s not necessary to go to the center to apply for assistance.
