DEMING, Wash. – The Disaster Recovery Center in Deming is closing on Friday, February 11th.
The FEMA center at the Nooksack Indian Tribe offers education and help applying for federal aid to flood-impacted residents.
The center opened on February 3rd, but will shut down operations on the 11th at 6 p.m.
Recovery Centers will remain open in Everson, Sumas and Ferndale.
Flood victims can also apply for assistance online at disasterassistance.gov.
