OLYMPIA, Wash. — A Whatcom County-based counselor agreed to a suspension of her credentials with the Washington State Department of Health after she was charged with unprofessional conduct.

Lindsey C. Rogers was charged in Pierce County in March.

The agency says Rogers had a romantic and sexual relationship with a client.

It accuses her of misrepresenting the nature of her relationship with the client in an attempt to gain access to protected patient information on the client from PeaceHealth Saint Joseph Medical Center.
