FERNDALE, Wash. – City of Ferndale officials were on hand Thursday afternoon, October 13th, to cut the ribbon on their newly expanded Wastewater Treatment Facility.
The construction includes additional capacity to handle a g rowing population as well as a new laboratory and testing facility to make sure all water quality standards are being met.
Mayor Greg Hanson said he was proud to see Ferndale’s largest-ever capital project up and running.
