FERNDALE, Wash. – A Ferndale chiropractor won’t be going to prison for sexually touching women patients.
Terry Rouse pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to two months of house arrest.
Rouse agreed to not work as a chiropractor as part of his sentencing.
The State Department of Health had already suspended his license.
Rouse, 57, was accused of touching two patients inappropriately.
