FERNDALE, WA.- A Ferndale chiropractor had his license suspended for 5 years in late November, after assaulting two of his patients according to the Department of Health.
The Bellingham Herald reports Terry Ray Rouse, 57, pleaded guilty in September to third-degree assault and received two months of house arrest.
