FERNDALE, Wash. — The Ferndale City Council is seeking a new member.
Councilmember Ramon Llanos will be vacating his seat as he will be moving outside City limits at the end of this month.
As of November 30th, he will no longer be able to serve as a City Councilmember.
The City says his seat could be filled as early as December 7th by an appointee that would serve for the next several months, until the 2021 election results are certified.
Applications will be open to those interested on the City of Ferndale’s website on November 17th.
