FERNDALE, Wash. — Ferndale commuters may see delays this week
Hovander Road between Main Street and LaBounty Drive is closed to through traffic through Friday.
Traffic is detoured via LaBounty Drive in both directions as crews block all lanes of Hovander immediately south of Scout Place.
The City of Ferndale says the work is associated with a water main extension project.
