FERNDALE, Wash. — An investigation by police in Florida led to the arrest of a Ferndale man suspected of possessing and sharing child pornography.
According to Ferndale spokesperson Riley Sweeney, The St. Cloud, Florida Police Department shared information on James Milton Marriott through the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
With help from the Department of Homeland Security, the Ferndale Police Department obtained and served a search warrant on Marriott and his property, which resulted in evidence of Marriott viewing, distributing, and possessing child pornography.
He is being held at the Whatcom County Jail without bail.
