FERNDALE, Wash. — A Ferndale man has been arrested on charges he molested a juvenile whom he knows.
Whatcom County Sheriff’s detectives began an investigation into the allegations on January 9th.
They found evidence to support child rape and molestation charges against 32-year-old Dmitriy L. Yashchenko.
Yashchenko was arrested Monday and is being held in Whatcom County Jail on $100,000 bond.
