BELLINGHAM, Wash – A Ferndale man was in Whatcom County Superior Court Friday, charged with ten child sex crimes.
The Bellingham Herald reports 41- year old Mark Courtney Fraley pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of child rape, child incest, and child molestation.
The victims were as young as four and as old as 12.
The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office has been investigating Fraley since 2012.
His trial is set for December 4th; he remains in Whatcom County Jail in lieu of $200,000 bail.
