FERNDALE, Wash- A Ferndale man accused of assaulting a toddler and leaving the child with a broken leg, pleaded guilty.
The Bellingham Herald reports Ty Garrett was sentenced to three months in jail.
Garrett was arrested after the 2-year-old boy showed up at the hospital with the broken leg and bruises on his face.
Garrett was dating the boy’s mother and caring for him when the injuries happened.
