BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Ferndale man is in the Whatcom County jail on child pornography charges.
Bellingham Police say Andrew L. Honkala was arrested Thursday after an investigation that started in September in cooperation with the Department of Homeland Security investigations unit.
Honkala was allegedly implicated in a child porn file sharing scheme in which is possessed, viewed, and distributed images of children involved in sex acts.
