FERNDALE, Wash. — A Ferndale School District task force has shared the fall re-opening options under consideration there.

In an advisory Wednesday night, the group comprised of 58 local parents, school staff and administrators released three options from their last meeting July 7th.

Those include full distance learning; a hybrid 2-day in person and 3-day per week distance learning approach, and a phased- in approach with the amount of in person learning based on several factors.

Re-opening plans must be submitted to the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) by August 19th.
